Jennifer Glennon is the Chief Financial Officer at Nordic Biotech. She has more than 15 years experience in Finance for the biotechnology sector, most recently as Director of Finance, Global R&D of Maxygen, Inc. (2001-2007).
In the period 1998-2001 she held various positions, including Financial Controller and Director of International Finance for Maxygen, Inc. and prior to this Senior Accountant for Valentis, Inc. Ms. Glennon has played a key role in the IPO process for Maxygen, Inc. and Valentis, Inc. and been involved in several other U.S. public offerings, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and SEC reporting.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State University (1995) and has attended executive training at INSEAD, in Fontainebleau and IMD, in Lausanne, Switzerland.
